At this time, I do not bill insurance directly. I will be considered an out-of-network provider. A superbill can be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. While I do not require a physician referral to begin services, your insurance may require one if you plan to submit for reimbursement. It is recommended to contact your insurance provider if you plan to submit for reimbursement as it will be your responsibility to know and understand your benefits and out-of-network reimbursement policy. I can provide you with a guide containing questions to ask your insurance provider to help you navigate this.

It provides a secure session as opposed to public, community spaces. It can also reduce cancellations and a pause in services due to weather or minor illness of a family member or your therapist.
